- Present you with the job description.
- Qualify you to the company.
- Help prepare you by getting additional information prior to the interview and advising you on preparing your resume.
- Assist you in researching the company on the Web or by obtaining company material.
- Set up initial telephone interviews to further determine the fit.
- Arrange and coordinate interviewing schedule, travel, hotel accommodations, etc.
- Spell out company needs, culture organizational fit, hiring authority, personality, etc.
- Prepare you for the interview by providing full pre-interview information, references, and then check back with you after each interview, answering any remaining questions.
- Debrief the client hiring authority after each interview, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and incompatibilities.
- Share feedback as to how many other candidates you are up against and where in the pipeline you are.
- Participate with company in providing information required for negotiating an acceptable offer.
- Assist in the acceptance and the exit interview at your current company.
- Follow through after 30 days to check your satisfaction.
